I have a very patient and honest tutoring style.
I have done excellent in the TOEFL test myself when I had taken it and got admission into 5-6 universities and colleges.
I have taken ESL courses in college and got "A"s and then eventually I was advised into taking regular English classes with native speakers for doing "so well" in all of those.
I can help with your research paper writing if you are in college, with your English improvement if you are trying to pass any Citizenship test or even with everyday spoken English.
My qualifications:
I have two Undergraduate/BA Degrees from US universities.
I am currently a Graduate student in Information Systems with a GPA of 4.0 (straight A student). I live in Raleigh.
I can teach through Skype too if you want. I am a female tutor so I understand many women students do not like to travel.

(A) Skype Tutoring Rates:
$40-$45 via Skype for 2 hour Lesson.
$25-$30 via Skype for 1 Hour Lesson.
If you want to take lessons through Skype you must have a PayPal account.
(B) If you come to my home then:
$40 for 2 hour Lesson.
$25 for 1 Hour Lesson.
(C) If I commute/travel to your home then:
$60 for 2 Hour Lesson.
$45 for 1 Hour Lesson.
****If you live more than 25 minutes (or 10 miles) from me (i.e. outside Raleigh/Cary/Morrisville) then there might be additional for gas and travel time. Paypal/tax fees may apply.
****For a TOEFL course Test Prep Centers charge $1500 plus and that too for a classroom course, not for one-to-one/private tutoring.
